Arnulf Erich Stegmann was the founder and the first präsident of the association of the mouth - und feetpainting artists al over the world e.V. A.E. Stegmann was born in 4. 3. 1912 at Darmstadt and died 5.9.1984 in Deisenhofen nearby munich.
